EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return your purchase within 15 days of the shipment date and exchange it for another item. Contact us by email with your order number and reason for exchange. Provide us with the description and product number that you would like to substitute. We will email you an exchange authorization code along with instructions for sending back your merchandise. Your exchange must be properly packaged and received by us within 10 days from when your return authorization number was issued. Shipping cost is not refundable.  A handling fee of 25% will be applied to the above exchanges.  Other fees and restrictions may apply.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on custom made items. 

RETURN POLICY
You may return damaged or defective merchandise in its original packaging for an exchange within 15 days of the shipment date.  Please email us with your order number, item description(s) to be returned, and reason for return.  We will email you a return authorization number which should be noted on the outside of the return package.  Only items with an RA number will be accepted.  Your return must be received within 10 days from the day your return authorization number was issued.

Customers who change their minds after receiving an order will be subject to a handling fee of up to 25% for the returned items.  Other fees and restrictions may apply.  The merchandise must be returned within 15 days of shipment for us to issue a credit to your charge card.  Due to the fluctuating cost of Silver we do not accept any returns after 15 days.

It is permissible for customers to make projects shown on our website for personal use or to give away as gifts.  They may not be copied for commercial use in any form.
